PLACEMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY
- REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GRANTED TO REGISTRANTS WHO CANCEL IN WRITING FOLLOWING THE RULES BELOW:
- BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2024: 50% REFUND (REFUNDS MAY BE AFFECTED BY CHANGE IN THE EXCHANGE RATE)
- NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER SEPTEMBER 30, 2024.
- REGISTRATION CAN BE TRANSFERRED. IF YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE AND WANT TO SEND A SUBSTITUTE IN YOUR PLACE, PLEASE NOTIFY THE SECRETARIAT IN WRITING (NNNRio24@gmail.com)
- REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER THE EVENT.
