I'm Rafael Vescovi, a seasoned Computer Scientist with a strong background in Scientific Automation, Data Orchestration and Robotics. Currently at Argonne National Laboratory, I've spent the past 5+ years immersed in the world of Self Driving Laboratories and High-Performance Computing (HPC). My work involves orchestrating complex data systems to drive efficiency and innovation.
My journey began with a PhD in Physics from UNICAMP (Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Brazil), which laid the foundation for my technical expertise. Over the years, I've honed my skills in Scientic Instrumentation and Computing using large facilities like Synchrotrons and Nuclear Reactors.
In my current role as a Computer Scientist, I've been instrumental in leveraging AI technologies to optimize processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions. My contributions have significantly improved operational efficiency and accelerated research outcomes
